Returns and Shipping Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. VSLiquids does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective.  An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email at support@vsliquids.com to speak with a VSLiquids Sales Representative directly.  Any return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of order delivery confirmation. VSLiquids reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.

SHIPPING
All orders will be prepared to ship within 24 hours of your order confirmation on business days and in 48 hours on weekends. All US orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Once shipped, your order can take up to 5-10 mailing days to arrive to you depending on your location. Shipments may not be completed during weekends or national holidays. VSLiquids does not assume any responsibility for lost packages, damaged packages, or stolen packages.    
**NOTE: VSLiquids does not have control over shipment carrier delivery methods. Shipping, product, and service pricing for over the phone orders may vary.
