Barrel Aged Medusa
We took Medusa, our Vanilla Custard with hints of carmel, butterscotch, and hazelnut, and aged it for six weeks in an Evan Williams Bourbon soaked oak barrel.
The aging process brought out richer, warmer notes of deep custard flavor. Hints of bourbon and oak intertwined with complex layers of savory flavors to present itself in a way no other vanilla custard can.
This exclusive flavor is only being produced once, and only in 3MG. Sold in 120ML chubby bottles, and meant to be savored.
